Since the date formats used in UK and USA are different, EdGCM did not work correctly under the UK settings for a long time. I am not sure that the EdGCM has fixed this issue in the latest build of EdGCM. So, please study the displayed maps carefully to make sure that those maps are correct.

I still suggest that you may better to change the settings to the USA temporary:
1. Go to the Control Panel,
2. Open the Regional and Language settings
3. Change the date, number and currency formats etc to USA. I am rather lazy and just change the regional settings to English (US) alone so that Windows will change evertyhing for me.
